The scope is identified and reviewed with stakeholders to ensure everyone is in agreement.
Once a scope is agreed upon a plan is created outlining how it will be executed. Tasks are identified, and resources are allocated to the project and a timeline is provided.
Tasks that were identified during the planning phase are executed and managed to the defined timeline.
Go live activities are conducted in preparation for implementation.
